For the Merchant Level, in your Dashboard, please check:
If the Loyalty for your webstore is settled correctly; (If any)
*Note: If you have a loyalty program in place, make sure that you assigned the correct location in the Dashboard > Loyalty tab > Locations field.
The Promotions include the exact rules for your webstores; (If any)
For every Location in your dashboard, please make sure that:
- Store details are correct under the General tab (The Address, the Phone Number, the Email);
- Business Hours for your location;
- Pick-up details - enable the toggle if you provide pick-up; check the pick-up address;
- Delivery details - check the delivery area and custom schedule if applicable;
- If you use 3rd party Delivery - feel free to ask us for an additional confirmation;
- Under the Payment tab - the correct account is authorized and the needed payment features are enabled;
- Under the Orders tab - the Emergency Stop toggle is disabled. It should be green!
- Under the Menu Management tab - only relevant items and categories are available for your location; the irrelevant ones are hidden.
- Under the Menu Management tab - the taxes are set accordingly;
- Access your Online store - check if the information on the banner and footer is correct;
- Under the Notifications tab, the email address for Mail Notifications and the phone number for SMS notification are set correctly. It should be the email address and the phone number of the store manager;
In the POS Account:
- Auto-Printing is activated;
- Print 1 or 2 orders as examples for testing;
- The orders are printed correctly.
