Menu Management Troubleshooting

My category is not on the ordering pageThese are the most common reasons for a category not being visible:
- The category is disabled. Solution - Open the Menu Management and check the Available flag
- The category is missing connections. Solution - Find the category in Menu Management and check if it is connected to at least one menu and one item.
- All the items belonging to the category are disabled. Solution - Open the Menu Management and check if at least one item has both Available and Orderable flags turned on.

The menu is not showingMost common reasons why the menu is not loading on the ordering page:
- The menu has a schedule and is currently unavailable
- You have connected an Item Group to itself. Solution - Remove the connection (should be fixed later)

An item is not showingThere can be various reasons for an item to be missing. First of all you should try to search for the item in the Menu Management.
Check if Orderable Online and Available toggles are on.
Check if the connections are in place (Menu and Categories)
If the item is not visible in the dashboard, check for it under Archived items:
