Refunding orders
Got an order to refund? Here’s how it works:
1. Go to the GoParrot Dashboard > Find the needed location > Orders tab > Find the needed order. You can use the filters to search for the relevant order by customer name, order type, order date or last 4 credit card digits.
2. Find the needed order > Open it > Press Refund button.
3. You can refund the orders fully or partially. Use the “full/partial” toggle to choose a full or partial refund. If partial refund, you’ll have to indicate the exact amount to be refunded. Click Apply.
Done! The customers will receive the refunded money on their credit card.
